ezyVet Go shows an animal specified is inactive error

Do this troubleshooting if shows The animal specified is inactive when you try to sync.

The patient record of an appointment was disabled after the most recent sync

Enable the applicable record in ezyVet Go

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Change the patient record to an enabled patient record.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

Enable the applicable record in ezyVet

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
  3. Select Restore.
    The Restore button
