ezyVet Go shows an invalid appointment type provided error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows Invalid appointment type provided. Ensure an active appointment type is provided when you try to sync.

A person selected an appointment type that was disabled after the most recent sync

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Change the appointment type to the correct appointment type.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Types.

    ezyVet shows the configured appointment types of your site.
  4. Find and open the disabled appointment type
  5. Select Restore.

  6. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
