Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows Please select an animal for this clinical record when you try to sync.

An appointment does not have a patient selected

A new appointment must have a patient selected to make a related clinical record. But the new appointment does not have the necessary patient selected.

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Select the applicable patient.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
