ezyVet Go shows a clinical record is disabled or merged error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows The clinical record relating to this note is either disabled or merged into another record, you cannot save this record when you try to sync.

The applicable clinical record is disabled or merged

The clinical record of the appointment that ezyVet Go tries to sync:
  • Is disabled
  • Was merged to a different clinical record after the most recent sync

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Dashboard.

  2. Select Calendar.

    ezyVet shows the calendar.
  3. Find the applicable appointment in the calendar.
  4. Open a shortcut menu for the appointment and select Edit Appointment.

  5. Double-click the Existing Clinical Record box.
  6. Select Restore.

  7. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
