ezyVet Go shows a billing quantity must be greater than 0.00 error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows billing_items.0.quantity must be greater than 0.00. when you try to sync.

The products used in the appointment have a quantity of zero

Increase the quantity value

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Make sure that products of the appointment have a quantity of more than zero.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
