About ezyVet Go sync problems

To sync data correctly, your ezyVet site must have accurate data. If the site data format is not accurate or if the data changed after the most recent sync, a sync problem is a possibly result.

For example, a staff member could disable a patient record in your site. And the disabled patient record could have a relation with an appointment. If the person disabled the record after the most recent sync with ezyVet Go, the result is a sync problem.

If ezyVet Go has a sync problem, it shows an error message. You can use the error message do help do troubleshooting.
