ezyVet Go shows a provided resource cannot be booked error
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows A provided resource cannot be booked for an appointment when you try to sync.
The user account of the person’s calendar does not have the necessary setting.
The appointment uses an appointment type that is configured to invoice travel costs. Thus, the appointment must have an address selected.
Make the necessary setting in ezyVet Go
- Find and open the applicable appointment.
- Select Resource.
- Clear the checkbox of the calendar resource that is not available.
- Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
