ezyVet Go shows a resource owner or authorization server denied the request error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows The resource owner or authorization server denied the request when you try to sync.

The applicable user account does not have an ezyVet Go license

Configure a license for the user account

A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select Integrations.

    The left sidebar shows the configured integrations of your ezyVet site.
  4. Find and select the configured ezyVet Go integration.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the integration.
  5. In the Allowed Users section, make sure that ezyVet shows a number of available licenses.

  6. In the Users box, make sure that the applicable user account has a license.

  7. Select Save.

  8. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
