ezyVet Go shows an Inactive animal records for cannot be used for appointments error
The patient record of an appointment was disabled after the most recent sync
Enable the applicable record in ezyVet Go
- Find and open the applicable appointment.
- Change the patient record to an enabled patient record.
- Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
Enable the applicable record in ezyVet
Do these steps in ezyVet.
- Select Patients.The left sidebar shows the patient records of your site.
- Select Restore.
