Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows The specified contact is not the owner of the animal when you try to sync.
The contact record of the patient was changed after the most recent sync
This can occur with syndicate contact records.
- Find and open the applicable appointment.
- Change the patient of the appointment to a different patient.
- Change the different patient of step 2 back to the initial patient.
- Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
