ezyVet Go shows an Inactive appointment statuses cannot be used for appointments error

An appointment status was disabled in ezyVet after the most recent sync

The result is a sync problem because an appointment cannot use a disabled appointment status.

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Go the Review Details screen.
  3. Set Appointment Status to an enabled appointment status.
  4. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Statuses.

    ezyVet shows the configured appointment statuses of your site.
  4. Find and open the disabled appointment status
  5. Select Restore.

  6. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
