ezyVet Go shows an appointment is charging for travel error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows This appointment is charging for travel, so must specify the address travelling to when you try to sync.

The appointment type uses a mandatory address

The appointment uses an appointment type that is configured to invoice travel costs. Thus, the appointment must have an address selected.

Select an address in ezyVet Go

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Make sure that you select an address
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.

Do these steps in ezyVet.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Settings.

  3. Select Appointment Types.

    ezyVet shows the configured appointment types of your site.
  4. Find and select the applicable appointment type.

  5. Set Charge Travel Fee to NO.

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
  7. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
