ezyVet Go shows a no remaining medication to dispense error

Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet Go shows There is no remaining medication to dispense, please create a new medication when you try to sync.

A medication product of the appointment has a quantity of zero.

To correctly dispense a medication, it must have a quantity that is more than zero.

Increase the quantity value

  1. Find and open the applicable appointment.
  2. Increase the quantity of the appointment’s medication to more than zero.
  3. Try to sync ezyVet Go again.
