About Freshdesk

Freshdesk is the online system that ezyVet uses for customer support.

When you speak to ezyVet customer support or use the ezyVet support tool, Freshdesk records the information in a ticket. A ticket is an electronic record that Freshdesk makes and stores. The ticket has all the information that is applicable to your question or problem. ezyVet customer support records all new information for a given question or problem in the same ticket. This makes it easy for you to get access and monitor the information in one location.

When ezyVet customer support adds information to a ticket, you will automatically receive a related email that has the information. And if you reply to the email, the system automatically records the information in the ticket. As an alternative, you can get access to the ticket directly in Freshdesk and add your information.

You and ezyVet customer support always have access to your Freshdesk tickets.
