Make a Freshdesk ticket

After you make a Freshdesk ticket, ezyVet customer support can use the information that you entered in the ticket to help you.

Make sure that you know the information that you must give to make a ticket.
Note: If you send an email to support@ezyvet.com, Freshdesk automatically makes a ticket.
Note: If you make a phone call to ezyVet customer support and they cannot give you a solution during the call, they make a Freshdesk ticket.
To make a Freshdesk ticket, do this procedure.
  1. Go to support.ezyvet.com.
  2. Select LOGIN.

  3. Enter the email address and password of your Freshdesk account, then select LOGIN.
  4. Select CREATE NEW TICKET.

  5. Enter the necessary information.
  6. Select Submit.
