Resize an image

If the dimensions of an image are too large, you must use an image editing app to resize the image. After you resize the image, you can upload the image to the applicable part of ezyVet (for example, a document template).

To resize the image, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use ezyVet to resize the image.
Note: This procedure uses Microsoft Windows Paint as an example image editing app. But you can use a different app if necessary. If you use a different app, the equivalent of Paint's Resize command could have a different name (for example, Scale Image or Resize Image).
  1. If necessary, download the applicable image from ezyVet to your device.
  2. Use Paint to open the image.
  3. Select Resize.
    The Resize button
Paint shows the Resize and Skew dialog box.
  4. In the Resize area of the dialog box, select Pixels and Maintain aspect ratio.
The Pixels and Maintain aspect ratio settings
  5. In the Horizontal box or Vertical box, enter an applicable pixel value.
    The Horizontal and Vertical boxes
  6. Select OK.
  7. If the image has the correct dimensions, save it.
Note: If the dimensions of the image are incorrect, select Ctrl + Z to undo the changes, then do step 3 thru 6 again.
