About access to Freshdesk

Use your web browser to get access to Freshdesk. The Freshdesk home page is support.ezyvet.com.

To sign in to Freshdesk, you must have a Freshdesk account. When you use the support tool in your ezyVet site for the first time, the system automatically makes a Freshdesk account. (The system uses the email address that you enter in the Requester box of the support tool to send you a link to make the account.)

After you make an account, you can sign in and see your tickets at support.ezyvet.com.

As an alternative, you can make a Freshdesk account directly in Freshdesk. As a result, it is not necessary to use the support tool to make an account.
