License information and SMS information shown in IDEXX invoices
Invoices that you receive from IDEXX for ezyVet show information about ezyVet user licenses and SMS messages. It is important to know about the information and its relation to areas of the ezyVet user interface.
Theses are the three applicable types of license and SMS information that an IDEXX invoice shows:
- Licensed user count
- Licensed location count
- SMS usage count
Licensed user count
The licensed user count is the total license range that your organization used for the month. An IDEXX invoice shows the licensed user count as a line item with ezyVet Subscription Tier By Users shown in the DESCRIPTION column:
The ezyVet license ranges are:
- One user
- 2 to 9 users
- 10 to 19 users
- 20 to 29 users
- 30 to 49 users
- 50 to 74 users
- 75 and more users
To know the ezyVet license range that your organization uses:
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Settings.
- Select Businesses.
- In the left sidebar, select the applicable organization.
- Read the value that shows in the License Range box.
Licensed location count
The licensed location count is the total number of ezyVet department licenses that your organization used for the month. An IDEXX invoice shows the licensed location count as a line item with ezyVet Additional Location Subscription shown in the DESCRIPTION column:
To know the number of department licenses that your organization uses:
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Settings.
- Select Billing.
- Read the values that show in the ezyVet Application - Departments row.
SMS usage count
The SMS usage count is the number number of SMS messages that your organization sent for the month. An IDEXX invoice shows the SMS usage count as a line item with ezyVet Reminders SMS Sent shown in the DESCRIPTION column.
