ezyVet version 42.9 is available from July 15, 2025.
New
ezyVet version 42.9 shows the ezyVet hospital configuration to all customers. An ezyVet hospital identifies a different physical location of your organization. And an ezyVet site has one or more ezyVet hospitals that are connected to it. Previously, ezyVet did not have a hospital configuration to identify different physical locations of an organization. Changes to the tax configuration of sales templates
ezyVet version 42.9 uses the Invoices Include TAX by Default system setting to make possible changes to the tax configuration of your sales templates. This table gives each condition and the result:

Changes to export and import of product price data
Simplified Product Configuration pilot feature
ezyVet version 42.9 replaces product record icons with new icons. The new icons make it easier for practice managers to know different product types. And if you hover over an icon, ezyVet tells you if the product is a synced product from a central site. This table gives each new icon and the product type that it identifies:

Other changes
- A sales template record in the Records section shows a Failed status

Payment method configuration: Removed the Uses Standard Payment Integration setting because it has no function.
ezyVet can sync a product to a CUBEX cabinet when you add the product directly to an invoice record. Previously, ezyVet only a synced product to a CUBEX cabinet if you added the product to a clinical record first.
Fixes
eReferrals dashboard tab: The referrals record table shows information correctly. Previously, if a referral record did not have information about the referring veterinarian and referring veterinary clinic, the table did not show correctly.
The C tab of the left sidebar of the payments screen shows completed payments. Previously, the A tab showed completed payments.
Details tab of settings for a product record: If you select Send to electronic treatment sheet, the Service fee override without GST and Price override without GST settings show. If you do not select Send to electronic treatment sheet, the two settings do not show.
If you have the and user account permission, ezyVet correctly shows a list of products in the product group's settings. Previously, ezyVet did not show the products.
End Of Day Wizard: The Reconciliation section shows rounded values. As a result, the Payment Summary section and the Reconciliation section show the same values. Previously, the Reconciliation section did not show rounded values.
- If you did not enter a value in the SFS Price Override (excl. Tax) box of the dashboard tab

E-booking system: If a client uses a department's link to make an online portal account, ezyVet sets the correct department for the account. As a result, the Department box of the applicable client contact record in ezyVet shows the correct department. Previously, ezyVet incorrectly set the ezyVet database for new online portal accounts.
Financial system settings: If you select Not Ready for Billing Defaults On When Invoice is Created and refresh the screen, an invoice that you make directly shows a status of Not ready for billing. Previously, if you selected Not Ready for Billing Defaults On When Invoice is Created, the invoice incorrectly showed a status of Pending.
Clients receive appointment reminders correctly for communication tasks that you configured. Previously, some clients did not receive their appointment reminders.
PetSure integration: When you select a configured PetSure integration, the integration screen automatically shows the integration settings. Previously, it was necessary to select the Details tab of the integration to show the settings.
