Changes

Single sign-on (SSO): A practice manager can change:
  • The name of an ezyVet user account
  • The username of an ezyVet user account
Note: A person's ezyVet user account must have the same name and username as their domain account. As a result, if you change the name or username of a person's ezyVet user account, you must also change the name or username of their domain account.

If your ezyVet site uses a standard fax provider, the maximum file size of a fax changed from 7 MB to 5 MB.

After you send a memo, the Memo Sent screen shows the Remove Context button. The user account of the person who sent the memo can select Remove Context to remove the context of the memo.

Fixes

Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to not save a product price if the product record has a disabled product price of the same department.

Corrected a problem that caused the Assigned Staff Member box of the New Communication dialog box to not show System.

Corrected a problem that caused the New Communications dialog box to not show a client's phone numbers if:
  • You configure the patient owner's client contact record as a veterinarian and a customer
  • The Owner box and the Referring Vet box of the patient record have the same client contact record

SSO: Corrected a problem that caused the Persons with SSO user accounts can be set a designated ezyVet password setting to not function correctly. If a practice manager enables the setting, they can change the password of an ezyVet user account that uses SSO.

Wellness plans: A practice manager can select the plus (+) button of the Enabled Billing Cycles setting to add an interval of a wellness plan membership.
