Changes
If your organization uses a payment integration, ezyVet version 42.3 has important changes to payment reconciliation. For more information, refer to Changes to payment reconciliation.
PayJunction: If a client uses a debit card to make a payment, you can only refund the payment. Previously, it was possible to try to void a debit card payment. PayJunction cannot void debit card payments.
End Of Day Wizard: Removed the Fees column from the Payment Summary section of the Reconciliation screen. The removal is because only the Openpay integration used the column. A previous version of ezyVet removed the integration.
Fixes
Invoices with remote payment links include surcharges for payment methods. Previously, the invoices did not include the surcharges.
If you send an invoice with a remote payment link, then make changes to the invoice, the invoice total includes the changes. Previously the total did not include the changes.
A document that uses the template variable {Invoice<name-of-the-wellness-plan-without-spaces>PotentialSavings}
shows the correct discount quantity. Previously, the discount quantity showed incorrectly.
When a product's price changes in a central site, ezyVet makes the necessary changes to the tax in inherited sites. Previously, ezyVet did not change the tax if a product price change was less than five percent.
If you use SmartFlow to prescribe a medication and you use CUBEX to dispense the medication, the medication stays in the applicable ezyVet invoice. Previously, it was possible that ezyVet removed the medication from the invoice.
PayJunction Smart Terminal: If you select a terminal payment method and record information in the Details box, ezyVet does not sync the information to PayJunction. Previously, ezyVet synced the information.
The configuration of the Product system setting Send to electronic treatment sheet in the Properties section of the Details tab syncs to local sites. Previously, the system setting selection did not sync from a central site to local sites.
The History Log tab of the End Of Day Wizard report shows columns of ACH payment methods. Previously, the log did not show the columns.
The Properties section of the Details screen of a department only shows the Contact box if you select Define Contact. Previously, the screen always showed the box.
The Properties section of the Details screen of a business unit only shows the Contact box if you select Define Contact. Previously, the screen always showed the box.
The Properties section of the Details screen of a Database only shows the Contact box. Previously, it showed two checkboxes that had no function.
