Changes
This version of ezyVet includes many changes to billing triggers. The changes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the changes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.
- In the Related Records tab of product records:
- The Stock Adjustment setting changed to Inventory Adjustment
- The Stock Adjustments section name changed to Inventory Adjustments
- In the Financial Settings section of the Advanced tab of user account records:
- The Stock Orders setting changed to Inventory Orders
- The Stock Adjustments setting changed to Inventory Adjustments
Change to label output for medications that you use the Medications dashboard tab's Refillable Medication section to dispense: The label's {BatchNumber}
and {BatchExpiry}
template variables use the batch information that you select for the dispensed medication.
- You cannot send the SMS message
- ezyVet shows an error message

Fixes
- Show the same vaccination records again and again

In the Pricing section of a product record on sites with department configurations, names of boxes show in the correct locations.

The output of the User Target Summary report only shows user accounts that have the Salesperson setting enabled.
The output of the Inventory Movement report includes data from the Reason column of inventory adjustment records. The data shows in the report output's Inventory Adjustment Reason column.
Centralized inheritance: If a synced product record has more than one barcode, the barcodes sync to the correct product record of inherited sites.

Corrected a problem with invoices for wellness plan memberships for syndicate clients: ezyVet automatically divides the membership cost correctly and makes correct invoices for each applicable client in the syndicate.
When a client uses a saved payment card to make a remote payment, ezyVet sends you a memo.
- After you try to send a fax message, the communication record of the message has a correct status
- You can only send a fax message to one number at a time
- Fax messages use a phone number that is applicable to the country of the person who you send the message to
- ezyVet uses a different standard fax provider that gives better performance
- You can send fax messages that do not have file attachments
- ezyVet does not incorrectly change the status of fax communication records from a practice information management system (PIMS) that you used before ezyVet to Failed

Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to show the This period has already been clocked out error message when a staff member tries to change the recorded time that they stopped work.
Corrected a problem that caused the left sidebar of the Product Groups section of the Admin tab to not show product groups.
Hospital dashboard tab: If you make an Excel file that shows a list of patients, the file output shows the correct unit of measurement for the patients' weights.
You can print inventory transfer records.
If you make a prescription for a pharmacy, the Medications section of the applicable clinical record shows the date of the last external dispense.
If you receive a client's in-person signature in a document, the document shows the client's electronic signature.
- Automatically changes the cost information of the related diagnostic product
- Does not change other pricing information and settings that a practice manager configured for the diagnostic product
- Does not incorrectly add one more diagnostic product as a billing trigger to the record of the supplied diagnostic test
