ezyVet version 43.3 is available from September 9, 2025.

Invoicing screen changes

ezyVet version 43.3 has changes to the buttons shown at the top of the invoicing screen. The changes keep the most frequently-used buttons always in view.

For a saved invoice, the screen shows these buttons:
  • Save
  • Make payment
  • Print
  • + Add sales template

These buttons are available only after you select the vertical ellipsis ():
  • Reset items
  • Copy
  • New memo
  • Create sales template
  • RMV dispense report (if applicable)

Other changes

The ezyVet online portal has a new Receive marketing communications setting that clients can use to control the marketing information that they receive. For more information, refer to Settings to control marketing information for clients.
Note: The Receive marketing communications setting is only available for organizations that are in the European Union.

RocketPACS integration: ezyVet version 43.3 increases the character limit for client names and patient names in diagnostic imaging requests. Previously, ezyVet showed a Request Entity Too Large error message when you tried to send diagnostic imaging requests with long client and patient names.

Note: RocketPACS shows only the first 64 characters of a client or patient name.
Four template variables automatically include table borders in the template variable output. Previously, it was necessary to manually add table borders to the output. The applicable template variables are:
  • {AnimalCurrentMedicationsList}
  • {AnimalCurrentMedicationsListBasic}
  • {ConsultCurrentMedicationsList}
  • {ConsultCurrentMedicationsListBasic}

ezyVet version 43.3 has small changes to the user interface of the New Diagnostic Request dialog box. The changes include removal of the horizontal scroll bar that shows in the dialog box.

Fix: Departments, business units, and the End Of Day Wizard

If you sign in to a business unit and do not select departments in the End Of Day Wizard, the Reconciliation screen shows the correct values for:
  • Payments received with payment integrations that are configured in the business unit
  • Payments received with payment integrations that are configured in the departments of the business unit

Previously the Reconciliation screen did not show payments received in departments of the business unit.

Fix: Insurance claims for PetSure GapOnly

To change a claim's status to show Accepted or Rejected, your user account must have these permissions:
  • Financial > eClaims > View insurance claims
  • Financial > eClaims > Add/Edit insurance claims
Previously, user accounts without the permissions could change a claim's status to show Accepted or Rejected. As a result, the payment record for the insurance claim had an incorrect status of Created after your organization received payment.

Fix: Sync settings of a central site

If you set Pricing to Yes and a central site syncs a pricing entry to an inherited site:
  • In the applicable product record in the inherited site, staff members cannot use the Department box of the pricing entry to change departments
  • The red cross button for a pricing entry of a product bundle is deactivated

Previously, if a central site synced a pricing entry, staff members could change departments. And they could deactivate a pricing entry of a product bundle.

Other fixes

Product supplier integrations: Memos that ezyVet automatically sends to you when a product supplier makes changes to its product prices have a link to the correct documentation. The documentation tells you how to approve the price changes. Previously, the memos had a broken link.

If a staff user account has the Administration > Product > Change Sell Price permission, the staff member receives a memo about pricing changes only one time. Previously the staff member received the memo two times.

ezyVet system settings: If you select Have Session Timeout, ezyVet does not show Session timeout is disabled in the settings for user accounts. Previously, Session timeout is disabled always showed.

Received Invoices report: The report correctly shows information for only the business unit that you are signed in to. And if you sign in to the database, the report correctly shows information for all business units of the database.

PetSure integration: In ezyVet version 43.3, more than one staff member cannot send an e-claim for the same invoice at the same time. Previously, staff could send more than one e-claim for the same invoice and PetSure incorrectly received two e-claims for the same invoice.

KPI Export report: If you set Group By to Month, the report puts the report data into the correct months. Previously, the report output had missing data for some months.
