Changes

global search tool: To quickly open the search tool, select the / key.

When you make a diagnostic request from ezyVet, the Supplier box shows only the supplier contact records that have a relation to a diagnostics integration. Supplier contact records for other integrations do not show (for example, insurance integrations and payments integrations). This change makes it easier to quickly see and select the correct diagnostics supplier when you make a diagnostic request.

VetEnvoy insurance integration: Removed Pet-ID from the available insurance companies.

Contact records: Changed the name of the Date of Birth box to Date of Birth (Primary Contact).

Changes to dialog boxes that show when you receive payments. The changes make it easier to see and read client payment information.

Fixes

New Zealand Veterinary Pathology: ezyVet receives diagnostic results correctly with the Emailed Labs integration.

PayJunction payments: Corrected a problem that intermittently caused ezyVet to make incorrect adjustments to payment record information (for example, the staff members who received payments and payment quantities).

ezyVet correctly saves changes that you make to system settings.

Corrected a problem that prevented sync of records between Xero and ezyVet.

SMS messages for appointment confirmation: If a client enters C or Y as their reply and the character has a space after the character, ezyVet sets the applicable appointment status to Confirmed.

Kiosk system: Corrected a problem that caused an unwanted error when client selects a patient.

Windcave hosted payments and PayJunction hosted payments: ezyVet does not send a memo when you receive payment.

Windcave terminal payments: Corrected a problem that prevented transactions for negative payments (for example, refunds).

Invoicing screen: If you select RESET ITEMS, ezyVet includes price adjustment rules and product package discounts when it calculates earned values.

Corrected a problem that caused an unwanted error when you make an appointment at 11:45 PM.

Product supplier integrations: Product searches in the Add Product(s) From Integration Supplier dialog box correctly show search results.

Shorthand text configuration: If you change the Scopes settings of shorthand text item, do not show an unwanted error.

You can save payment term settings without unwanted errors. And if a payment term has incorrect settings, ezyVet tells you about the them before you can save.

The left sidebar of the ADMIN primary tab shows a list of configured integration correctly.

ezyVet does not show unwanted error messages when you try to use shorthand text items.

Inventory Movement report: If you do not select a product or a product group, ezyVet tells you.

Xero Management dashboard tab: Corrected unwanted errors that show when you select RE-SYNC TO XERO or select the Check Changes From Xero button.

You can save a payment method configuration when these conditions agree:
  1. You do not select the Remote Payment setting
  2. You do not enter a value in the Remote payment link duration box

Removed unwanted white space from record tabs.

IDEXX VetLab Station integration: When you save the integration settings, ezyVet does a check to make sure that the LIMS account number is correct.

If the Change line item comments of approved invoices system setting is set to No:
  • You can change the comments of unapproved invoices
  • You can change the comments of unapproved invoices that are in a financial lockdown period
  • You cannot change the comments of approved invoices

Security

This version of ezyVet includes many fixes for security and performance. The fixes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the fixes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.
