Changes

This version of ezyVet includes many changes to billing triggers. The changes are applicable only to the ezyVet code and they do not change the features, functions, and user interface of the ezyVet app. If your ezyVet site has problems that you think are possibly related to the changes, please make a support ticket or speak to ezyVet customer support.

You cannot select the -----Tags----- filter of a price adjustment rule, because -----Tags----- is the title of the filter section for tag categories. But you can select a tag category to use as a filter of a price adjustment rule (for example, you can select Discount Group).

If a practice manager did not configure the price of a product bundle for a department, staff of the applicable department cannot select the product bundle.

Vello Client Engagement integration: If you try to send an SMS message to a client, the New Communication dialog box shows a message. The message has a button that you can use to open Vello.

You can use your keyboard's arrow keys to select different boxes of the Diagnostic Result dialog box.

Integration species records and integration breed records have a Change Log tab.

Supplied diagnostics integrations (SDI): Diagnostic test requests show the department or business unit that made the request. As a result, it is not necessary to configure diagnostic integrations again and again for each department or business unit.

When you do a search for a diagnostic test, ezyVet shows better results. And a practice manager can configure search weighting for diagnostic tests.

Fixes

If you enter information in the New Diagnostic Request dialog box's Diagnostic Request Specifics / History box, then select Add & Enter Result:
  • The information that you entered in the Diagnostic Request Specifics / History box does not show in the New Diagnostic Result dialog box's Clinic Notes / Specifics box
  • After you add the diagnostic result, the diagnostic result's Clinic Notes / Specifics section shows the information that you entered in the Diagnostic Request Specifics / History box
ezyVet shows the correct staff user account in the Modified column of:
  • Payment records
  • Invoice records
  • The Financial tab of patient records
  • The Financial tab of client contact records
  • The Financial tab of clinical records
Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to not let you:
  • Save product bundle records
  • Disable bundle items of a product bundle

Corrected a problem that caused the Communication dashboard tab to automatically show all of the information of a communication record.

Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to close the list of records if:
  1. You select the magnifying glass icon of a box
  2. You select and hold a record that the list shows

If you try to use the scroll bar of a user interface box's menu, ezyVet does not close the menu.

Settings of supplied diagnostics integrations (SDI): If you select Update Diagnostic List and ezyVet cannot get the supplied diagnostic tests, ezyVet shows an error message.

Corrected a problem that caused ezyVet to not save a client contact record if the date in the Driver License Expiry (Primary Contact) box was a date before today.
