Changes
VetEnvoy Insurance integration: When you make an insurance claim, you cannot select Aviva as a supplier. Also, when you configure a new VetEnvoy Insurance integration, you cannot select Aviva as a supplier.
After you receive a payment, you can make changes to the Details box of the payment record. Previously, you could only make changes to the box before you received a payment.
Payments with a PayJunction Smart Terminal: If you refresh your browser, or log out of ezyVet while a client makes a payment, the payment continues. Previously, the payment did not continue.
If two users try to receive a payment with the same Smart Terminal at the same time, you can reset the terminal. A Reset Terminal button shows in the Transactions tab for the payment that started first. Select Reset Terminal to stop the payment and reset the Smart Terminal.
Trupanion: If you want to send an insurance pre-approval or an eClaim, you must use Trupanion Vet Portal. You can continue to use the Trupanion integration in ezyVet for exam day offers.
Added this information to the configuration settings for the PayJunction API integration: If you disable the integration, ezyVet automatically removes stored card information of client contact records.
Fixes
A practice manager can disable a user account that has a connection to a disabled business unit that does not have a primary department selected. Previously, ezyVet showed an An unknown error has occurred! error message.
VetEnvoy integration: If an e-claim has a minimum of three invoices and you remove the first invoice, the other invoices show the correct value. Previously, the e-claim showed incorrect financial data.
Departments in your organization use service fee prices that your central site configured. Previously, different departments controlled the price of service fees.
