ezyVet version 42.6 is available from June 3, 2025.
Changes
- ezyVet automatically enters the applicable quantity in the Payment box
- ezyVet automatically enters the estimate ID, estimate name, and patient name in the Comments box
Streamlined estimates (pilot feature): When you make an estimate or a copy of an estimate, it is optional to enter an estimate name in the Estimate Name box. Previously, it was mandatory to enter an estimate name.
Fixes
Card payments that do not use a payment integration: Payment methods that have Method set to Terminal payment in the payment method configuration show in the End Of Day Wizard. Previously, the payment methods did not show.
Clinical records: Unless your user account has the user permission, you cannot make changes to medication instructions. Previously, you could make changes.

When you add a billing trigger product to a section of a clinical record, ezyVet shows applicable information about the billing trigger product in the other sections. Previously ezyVet did not change the other sections.
You cannot merge batches that are not compatible. Previously, you could merge all batches.
Automated communication tasks: If the setting Assign to staff that gave the last treatment is set to Yes, ezyVet connects the task to the staff member who did the previous treatment for the applicable patient.
