New

The Complete History screen of a clinical record has a new Consult Timeline section. The Consult Timeline section shows short information about a maximum of 50 clinical records that occurred before. To show a clinical record's Consult Timeline:
  1. In the clinical record sidebar, select Complete History
  2. Set the clinical record's view mode to combined view mode

Changes

Small changes to the user interface that:
  • Make text and numbers easier to read
  • Make tooltips easier to see and read

IDEXX VetConnect PLUS - Reference and IDEXX VetConnect PLUS - IVLS integrations for ezyVet sites with department configurations: To make changes to settings of diagnostics integrations that use IDEXX VetConnect PLUS, you must enter information in the IDEXX LIMS account number box. If you do not enter information in the box, ezyVet shows an error message when you select Validate Account to connect to VetConnect PLUS.

Note: This change is only applicable for sites that have more than one department.
Changes to change logs of medication records:
  • After you prescribe a medication, the related medication record's change log shows the initial information that you entered
  • Change logs of medication records show items in a sequence from newest to oldest
Changes to the Transactions screen of payment records that use a payment integration:
  • The Transactions screen shows the card brand of each payment and refund
  • The Transactions screen does not show Transactions above the list of payments and refunds

Changes to the information about saved payment cards that ezyVet shows:
  • Changed the name of the Card Type table column to Payment Method
  • Added a Card Brand column that shows the card brand
  • Added an Expiration Date column that shows the card expiration date
    Note: If your site uses PayJunction, the Expiration Date column does not show the card expiration date.

Fixes

rVetLink: When you receive a patient referral, ezyVet does a check to know if it has a contact record for the veterinarian who made the referral. If your site has a contact record for the veterinarian, ezyVet automatically adds their name to the Referring Vet box of the applicable patient record.

If your user account does not have the Add New Products permission and you try to enable a supplied diagnostic test, ezyVet shows an applicable error message.

Table page buttons correctly show in the Appointments section of contact, patient, and clinical records.

Corrected a problem that caused the Animals report to show disabled patient record tags.

Product supplier integration for Centaur Animal Health: Corrected a problem that prevented automatic updates to product costs.
