About export of product price data
A practice manager can export product price data from ezyVet. The export can include different pricing types, products for only one department, and products of a product group.
ezyVet uses CSV file format for the product price data.
After you export product price data as a CSV file, you can:
- Make changes to the price data in the CSV file
- Import the changed CSV file into ezyVet
During the export procedure, ezyVet shows an Export product pricing CSV dialog box with export settings. This image and table that follow gives each setting and its function.

| Pricing type | Use Pricing type to select the pricing type that ezyVet includes in the CSV output. The available pricing types are:

| Department | If your ezyVet site uses a department configuration. use Department to select one. As a result, the CSV export only shows products of the selected department. |
| Product Group | Use Product Group to tell the CSV export to only show products that are in the product group that you select. |
| Include inactive pricing lines | Use Include inactive pricing lines to tell the CSV export to include products of deactivated line items of invoices. |
| Include inactive products | Use Include inactive products to include deactivated product records in the CSV export. |
