An online portal document does not show a signature box

Do this troubleshooting if a document does not show a signature box to a client:
A missing signature box

The source document template does not have the necessary configuration

Do a check of the document template

A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.

  1. Find and select the applicable document template.
  2. Make sure that you select the Use in-person signature capture setting.

  3. Make sure that the document template content has the necessary template variables for the electronic signature.
