A printer incorrectly prints more than one page
Do this troubleshooting when a printer incorrectly prints more than one page or label. In this condition, one of the unwanted pages could also have no content.
The ezyVet template has an unwanted page break
When you make a label template or a document template, you can add a page break to the template content. When you print a document that has a page break, the printer puts content that is after the page break on a new page.
For example, if the first item of content in a template is an unwanted page
break, the first printed page of a document that uses the template is empty. And
the second printed page has the content.

Do a check of the template
A practice manager or a person with the necessary permissions.
- Find and open the applicable template.
- Do a check of the template content and make sure that it does not have an unwanted page break.
