Template images have an incorrect file format

If you use a template image in the source document template, the template image must have the correct file format. The correct file formats are PNG or JPG. If you use a different format (for example, SVG), ezyVet will not show the image in printed documents that use the template image.

Do a check of the image file format

A practice manager or a person with administrator permissions must do these steps.

  1. Find and open the applicable template image record.
  2. Make sure that the file format of the image is correct.
Note: If the file format is incorrect, ezyVet shows a broken image icon where the image preview usually shows:

  3. If necessary, upload the image with the correct file format.

An image of a background template has an incorrect file format

If you use a background template in the source document template, the background template image must have the correct file format. The correct file formats are PNG or JPG. If you use a different format (for example, SVG), ezyVet will not show the image in printed documents that use the template image.
