An image that you add to ezyVet shows an incorrect orientation
Condition
Do this troubleshooting if an image that you add to an ezyVet record shows an incorrect orientation. (For example, an image that you add to a patient record could incorrectly show on its side.)
The orientation property of the image file is incorrect
The image orientation is a property of the image file. If the image file has the incorrect orientation, ezyVet shows the image with the same orientation.
Correct the orientation
Thus, to correct the orientation you must use an image editing app. You cannot use ezyVet to correct the orientation.
