Make sure that the label size is correct

1. Open the Printing preferences for your printer.
2. In the Paper Format section of the Options tab, select inch and landscape.
   
3. In the Size section, set Width and Height to the dimensions of labels that your organization uses.
4. Open the Printer properties for your printer.
5. In the Printer Settings tab, select Always use drivers settings.
   
6. Select Apply.
   
7. Select Printing Defaults....
   
   Windows shows a Printing Defaults dialog box.
8. Complete steps 2 thru 3.
9. Select OK.
