A template variable does not show content

The template variable has missing or incorrect braces

To use a template variable of the classic template system in a template:
  1. Enter one opening brace
  2. Enter the template variable
  3. Enter one closing brace
Twig template variables use a different format. To use a Twig template variable in a template:
  1. Enter two opening braces
  2. Enter the template variable
  3. Enter two closing braces

Make sure that the template variable has the correct braces

The template variable has incorrect formatting

Incorrect formatting can occur when you copy and paste the template variable into ezyVet's template editor. It is also possible that you cannot see the incorrect formatting.

Remove the applicable template variable from the template. Then, manually enter the template variable.

You did not make the document of the template from the correct source record

Some template variables only show content when you make a document from the correct source record. For example, the {AppointmentReason} template variable shows the text of the Reason for appointment box of an appointment. But to show the text, you must make the applicable document from an appointment record.

Make sure that you make the document from the correct source record
