The Feature Request Dashboard screen
Use the Feature Request Dashboard screen to make a feature request and get access to the feature requests of other ezyVet customers.
Note: The Feature Request Dashboard screen shows all feature requests of all ezyVet customers of all sites. And the Feature Request Dashboard screen of one site shows the same feature requests of a different site.
To get access to the Feature Request Dashboard screen:
- Select the Help primary tab
- Select Feature Requests
The Feature Request Dashboard screen initially shows each feature request that a customer made. The image and table that follows give each item of feature request information.

| 1 | The total number of votes. A person uses a vote to help tell IDEXX and other persons how important they think the feature is. |
| 2 | Short information about the feature that a person wants. |
| 3 | The total number of persons who monitor the feature request and receive a message when it changes. |
| 4 | The total number of comments that the feature request has. Persons use a comment to tell IDEXX and other persons what they think about the feature request. |
| 5 | The name of the person who made the feature request and when they made it. |
| 6 | The feature request status. |
Feature request filters
The Feature Request Dashboard screen has a set of filters that you can use to show different feature requests. Almost all of the filters have the same name as a feature request status. For example, the Open for Voting filter shows all feature requests that have the Open for Voting status. But the Watching filter shows all feature requests that you used the watch button to monitor.
Feature request votes
A vote identifies how important that you think that a feature request is. ezyVet uses a star to identify each vote:
The feature request system gives you a total of ten votes that you can use. You can add a maximum of three votes to one feature request. You can also remove a vote that you added.
Note: If you make a feature request, you cannot add a vote to it. You can only add a vote to the feature requests of other persons.
