Make a feature request

To tell ezyVet that you want a new feature, you must make a feature request.

  • Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions
  • Prepare text and a screenshot that helps ezyVet know about the feature that you want
To make a feature request, do this procedure.
  1. Select Help.
    The Help tab
  2. Select Feature Requests.

    ezyVet shows the Feature Request Dashboard screen.
    Trouble: If you cannot see the Feature Requests command, you do not have the necessary permissions. Speak to your practice manager.
  3. Select SUBMIT NEW FEATURE REQUEST.

  4. In the What is the Feature Request Title? box, enter short information about the new feature.
  5. In the What is the Feature? box, enter full information about the new feature.
  6. In the Why do you Need This? box, enter information about why the new feature is necessary.
  7. In the How Would This Benefit You? box, enter information about why the new feature is good for your organization.
  8. In the How Do You Envsion This Working? box, enter information about how you think that the feature could operate.
  9. Drag the screenshot that you prepared into the Browse or drag to upload files box.
  10. Select SUBMIT.
