Add a comment to a feature request

Use a comment to tell ezyVet and other persons what you think about a feature request.

Make sure that your user account has the necessary permissions.
To add a comment, do this procedure.
  1. Select Help.
    The Help tab
  2. Select Feature Requests.
    The Feature Requests setting
    ezyVet shows the Feature Request Dashboard screen.
    Trouble: If ezyVet does not show the Feature Requests command, you do not have the necessary user account permissions. Speak to your practice manager.
  3. Find and select the applicable feature request.
    ezyVet shows full information about the feature request.
  4. Adjacent to Global Comments, select the plus button.
    The plus button that is adjacent to Global Comments
    ezyVet shows the New Global Comment dialog box.
    Note: The plus button that is adjacent to Global Comments is at the bottom of the screen.
  5. In the Comment box, enter the necessary information.

  6. Select Add.
    The Add button
The feature request has the comment.
