The eClaims dashboard tab

Use the eClaims dashboard tab to quickly and easily get information about the e-claim records of your ezyVet site.

The information that the eClaims dashboard tab shows includes:
  • The name of each e-claim
  • The policy number of each e-claim
  • The related client and patient of each e-claim
  • The related clinical records and invoices of each e-claim
  • The status of each e-claim

Tip: If you select the name of the record shown in the Claim column, ezyVet opens the record in a new record tab.
The eClaims dashboard has filters that you can use to help find e-claim records. The filters use data that includes:
  • The status
  • The deposit number
  • If ezyVet sent the e-claim
  • The staff member who make the e-claim record

The list of e-claim records has a Sent column and a Completed column. Each column shows two possible icons:

This table gives information about the icons of the Sent column and Completed column:
ColumnIconInformation
SentRed crossThe e-claim is not sent from ezyVet.
Green check markezyVet sent the e-claim to the insurance company.
CompletedRed crossezyVet sent the e-claim to the insurance company but did not receive information.
Green check markezyVet sent the e-claim to the insurance company. As a result, the insurance company:
  • Nullified the e-claim
  • Accepted the e-claim
  • Rejected the e-claim
Tip: When an e-claim has the Completed status, ezyVet sends a memo to the applicable staff member.
