The Billing Triggers dashboard tab

The Billing Triggers dashboard tab shows the status of all billing triggers of your ezyVet site.

Use the Billing Triggers dashboard tab to:
  • Monitor billing triggers and make sure that they are completed
  • Help with troubleshooting of billing trigger problems
  • Start a billing trigger that did not complete correctly

Note: To get access to the Billing Triggers dashboard tab, your user account must have the Administration > System Settings permission.
The Billing Triggers section of the tab shows the billing trigger records. Each billing trigger record shows information that includes:
  • The source record
  • The applicable product
  • The applicable invoice
  • The date and time

Billing trigger records
The Billing Triggers dashboard tab shows a Status setting:
The Status setting
When you select Status, you can show billing trigger records of your site that have different statuses. This table gives each status that you can select:
StatusFunction
FailedSelect to show all billing triggers that did not complete correctly.
Note: If a billing trigger did not complete correctly, the billing trigger tab shows a red color:The Billing Triggers tab with a red color
PendingSelect to show all billing triggers that are started but are not completed.
BilledSelect to show all billing triggers that are completed.
If a billing trigger has a Failed status, the billing trigger record shows the applicable error in the Error column:

A billing trigger that has a Failed status or Pending status shows a gear button:

Select the gear button to start the billing trigger again.

Tip: If your site uses a department configuration, the Billing Triggers tab shows a Department box. Use the box to show the billing triggers of a department.
