Dashboard tabs

ezyVet has a set of dashboard tabs. Use dashboard tabs to quickly and easily get access to many types of important data.

This table gives information about each dashboard tab:
Dashboard tabFunction
CalendarShows:
  • Configured ezyVet calendars
  • Calendar appointments and planning guides
eBookingsShows appointments that customers use the ezyVet e-booking system to make. You can manage each appointment and related information.
Note: The eBookings dashboard tab shows after you configure the OnlineBooking/Kiosk module.
Note: If a client uses the e-booking calendar to make an appointment, the eBookings dashboard tab shows a red color:

eReferralsShows information about patient referrals synced with an online patient referral system.
Note: ezyVet shows the eReferrals dashboard tab after ezyVet customer support enables the eReferrals module.
RecordsShows the Records dashboard. Use the dashboard to:
  • Find many types of records
  • Export record search results
  • Make changes to many records at the same time
BoardingUse the Boarding dashboard tab to quickly and easily get access to the boarding calendars of your site and to do related boarding tasks.
CommunicationShows the communication records of the different types of messages that staff use ezyVet to send. You can also use the Communication dashboard tab to find, send, and print messages.
Note: If the Communication dashboard tab shows a red color, ezyVet has communication records that have the Pending status.

HospitalShows appointment information that is related to the organization's clinics. You can also:
  • Find patients that have a specified appointment status
  • Change the appointment status of many patient records at the same time
DiagnosticsShows all diagnostic results.
Work ListThe Work List tab has almost the same function as the Diagnostics tab. But it only shows:
  • Diagnostic test requests that do not have related diagnostic test results
  • Diagnostic test results that do not have a related clinical record
    Note: The Work List dashboard tab shows a red color:
    • If a diagnostic request does not have a related diagnostic test result after approximately 32 days
    • If a diagnostic result does not have a related clinical record

eClaimsShows information about insurance claims synced with an online insurance provider. This tab uses an applicable insurance integration.
Note: ezyVet shows the eClaims dashboard tab after ezyVet customer support enables the E-Claims (full client payment) module or E-Claims (partial client payment) module.
MedicationsShow information and do tasks for:
  • Medication dispenses
  • Medication refills
  • Medication prescriptions
Note: If a client uses the online portal to make a refill request, the Medications dashboard tab shows a red color:

To stop the red color, cancel or complete the refill request.

Billing TriggersShows information about the status of all billing triggers of your ezyVet site. Use the Billing Triggers dashboard tab to:
  • Monitor billing triggers and make sure that they are completed
  • Help with troubleshooting of billing trigger problems
  • Start a billing trigger that did not complete correctly
Note: If a billing trigger did not complete correctly, the billing trigger tab shows a red color:The Billing Triggers tab with a red color
Lost And FoundShows records of lost pets that are in the organization. If applicable, you can make a relation between a lost pet record and a patient record.
RVM - PrescriptionsShows information about restricted veterinary medicine (RVM) prescriptions. You can use this tab to dispense medications and do RVM reports.
Note: ezyVet shows the RVM - Prescriptions dashboard tab after ezyVet customer support enables the RVM Medications module.
Xero ManagementShows information about record sync with the Xero accounting app.
Note: If Xero or ezyVet has a sync problem, the Xero Management dashboard tab shows a red color:The Xero Management tab with a red color

Smart FlowShows information about SmartFlow data events.
Note: ezyVet shows the Smart Flow dashboard tab after a practice manager configures the SmartFlow integration.
Dispense CabinetsShows records and related data types and that you synced to a CUBEX system. And you can use the tab to:
  • Sync records to a CUBEX system
  • Do merges of CUBEX temporary patient records
Note: ezyVet shows the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab after a practice manager configures the CUBEX integration.
Time ClockShows information about when the staff members of your organization start and stop work.
Note: The Time Clock dashboard tab is applicable to ezyVet's time clock feature.
JobsThe Jobs dashboard tab shows information about ezyVet system tasks. A system task is as a usual function of ezyVet. A system task is related to an ezyVet function or feature but you and other staff do not use a system task directly. To monitor system tasks and do troubleshooting, use the Jobs dashboard tab.
Note: A practice manager can configure a product supplier integration to not automatically approve changes to product prices. As a result, they use the Jobs dashboard tab to manually approve each product price change.
Note: If a system task has the Error status, the Jobs dashboard tab shows a red color:

Active Users Shows sign-in and access information that includes:
  • When persons signed in to ezyVet or signed out
  • The times that persons used ezyVet
  • Operating system and IP addresses of the devices that persons used to sign in
