Use the Medicationsdashboard tab to dispense medications, do medication refills, and approve prescription requests. The Medications dashboard tab gives one easy location to do applicable medication tasks for all departments, clients, and veterinarians of your organization.

The Medications dashboard tab has three sections:
Dispense Request Medication
Refillable Medication
Prescription Requests
Note:If a client uses the online portal to make a refill request, the Medications dashboard tab shows a red color:
To stop the red color, cancel or complete the refill request.
The Dispense Request Medication section
Use the Dispense Request Medication section:
To show all medication dispense requests
To dispense medications
To make medication dispense requests

The Dispense Request Medication section has filters that you can use to show medication dispense requests that are only related to specified types of information. The specified information includes:
Dispense requests of a department
Dispense requests of a veterinarian
Dispense requests of a patient or client
Dispense requests of a specified status
Dispense requests of a prescription number
The Refillable Medication section
Use the Refillable Medication section:
To show all medications that are available to refill
To refill and dispense medications
To do dispense requests

The Refillable Medication section has filters that you can use to show medications that are only related to specified types of information. The specified information includes:
Medications that you can refill of a department
Medications that you can refill of a veterinarian
Medications that you can refill of a patient or client
Medications that you can refill of a prescription number
