When the status of an e-claim changes, ezyVet automatically sends you a memo. The memo gives information about the change. But if necessary, you can stop the memos.

1. In the quick links area, select the user account button.
   
2. Select Manage Account.
   
   ezyVet shows your user account settings.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
   
4. Set Receive Memos for Claim Updates to None.
   
5. Select Save.
