The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab

After a practice manager configures the CUBEX integration, ezyVet shows the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab. Use the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab to show records that you synced to the CUBEX system. And you can use the tab to sync records to the system again and merge CUBEX temporary patient records.

The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab
The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab shows information about different record types. For example, the tab shows information about:
  • Clinical records
  • Product records
  • User accounts
Note: If the CUBEX system or ezyVet has a sync problem, the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab shows a red color:The Dispense Cabinets tab with a red color

Record filters of the Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab

The Dispense Cabinets dashboard tab has many filters that you can use to show different types of information. For example, use the filters to show:
  • Records of a date range that you synced to the CUBEX system
  • Records that ezyVet could not sync to the CUBEX system

Record filters
You can use the filters to change the information that the Dispense Cabinet Events section shows. For example, you can use the filters to:
  • Change the date range of the records
  • Show each record of a department
  • Show each record that has an applicable status
  • Show each record that ezyVet synced to the CUBEX system
  • Show each record that the CUBEX system synced to ezyVet
  • Show each patient record that you synced to the CUBEX system
  • Show each clinical record that you synced to the CUBEX system
  • Show the records that one staff member synced to the CUBEX system
  • Show the records that have a related product that you synced to the CUBEX system

The Dispense Cabinets Events section

The Dispense Cabinets Events section shows entries of data that you synced between ezyVet and the CUBEX system. Each entry of the Dispense Cabinet Events section shows:
  • Data that you synced from ezyVet to the CUBEX system
  • Data that you synced from the CUBEX system to ezyVet
For example, if you sync a scheduled dispense to the CUBEX system, the Dispense Cabinet Events section has an entry that shows information that is related to the data sync.

The Perform Action section

You can use the Perform Action section to make changes to many records at the same time. As a result, it is not necessary to change each record. You can use the Perform Action section to:
  • Sync records to the CUBEX system again
  • Ignore many records
  • Make a CSV file that shows the information of the records

The Unallocated Dispense Cabinet Patients section

The CUBEX system has a feature that you can use to make temporary patient records. The Unallocated Dispense Cabinet Patients section shows temporary patient records. You can use the Unallocated Dispense Cabinet Patients section to:
  • Make ezyVet records for a CUBEX temporary patient record
  • Merge CUBEX temporary patient records with ezyVet records
  • Remove CUBEX temporary patient records

The Unallocated Dispense Cabinet Patients section
