E-claims and memos
When the status of an e-claim that you initially send from ezyVet changes, ezyVet sends you a memo. The memo subject gives information about the status of the e-claim.
This table gives each possible memo subject:

| Claim is downloaded by Insurance Company | The insurance company downloaded the documents of a received e-claim. The insurance company will do a check of the information. |
| Claim is received | The insurance company received the applicable e-claim. |
| Claim is acknowledged | The client made the necessary gap payment and ezyVet sent this information to the insurance company. |
| Insurance claim benefit accepted | The insurance company accepted the e-claim and will send an insurance benefit to ezyVet. |
| Insurance claim benefit received | ezyVet received an insurance benefit from the insurance company. |
