The Medications dashboard tab shows a red color
Note: The red color of the Medications dashboard tab is a correct function of ezyVet. The color tells you about refill requests that clients used the online portal to make. The red color does not identify a problem with ezyVet.
A client used the online portal to make a refill request
If a client uses the online portal to make a refill request, the Medications dashboard tab shows a red color.
Cancel the refill request
- Select Patients.
- Select Medication.
- Select cancel refill.
- Select Update + Dispense.
Complete the refill request
Do these steps in the Medications dashboard tab.
- Select Refill Table.ezyVet shows the Refillable Medication section.
- In the Refillable Medication section, select Refill Requested.
- Find the applicable medication refill entry, then select Refill.Tip: The applicable entry shows Refill Requested!ezyVet shows a Refill dialog box.
- Select Refill.
