Many types of ezyVetrecords have a change log. ezyVet automatically records information about record changes in its change log.
For example, the change log of an invoice can show who added line items to the invoice and when they added them. And the change log of a clinical record can show who prescribed a medication or made a discharge summary for the patient.Figure 1. The change log of an invoice

Access to change logs
Most records have a Change Log tab. Select the tab to show the record's change log.Figure 3. The Change Log tab
If you double-click a record to open it, the dialog box that ezyVet shows could show a change log button. Select the button to show the record's change log.Figure 4. The change log button
Tip: If you hover over the change log button, ezyVet shows the change log in a pop-up window.
