Settings of the Edit user screen
When a practice manager selects a user account in the Manage Users screen, Vet Radar shows an Edit user screen. The Edit user screen has settings that a practice manager can use to configure the user account.
Setting | Function |

Full Name | The staff member's name. |
Preferred Name | The name that the staff member wants to use. |
Allow Login | If you enable the Allow Login setting, the staff member can sign in to Vet Radar. If you disable the Allow Login setting, the staff member cannot sign in to Vet Radar. |
Set temporary user password | This setting has no function. Note: You must not use the Set temporary user password setting. |
Email Address | The staff member's email address. |
Phone Number | The staff member's phone number. |
Veterinary Role | The staff member's role in the veterinary practice. |
Job Title | The staff member's title (for example, Dr). |
Role | The staff member's role. |
Department | This setting has no function. |
