Settings of the Edit user screen

When a practice manager selects a user account in the Manage Users screen, Vet Radar shows an Edit user screen. The Edit user screen has settings that a practice manager can use to configure the user account.

This table shows each setting of the Edit user screen and its function:
SettingFunction
Full NameThe staff member's name.
Preferred NameThe name that the staff member wants to use.
Allow LoginIf you enable the Allow Login setting, the staff member can sign in to Vet Radar.

If you disable the Allow Login setting, the staff member cannot sign in to Vet Radar.

Set temporary user passwordThis setting has no function.
Note: You must not use the Set temporary user password setting.
Email AddressThe staff member's email address.
Phone NumberThe staff member's phone number.
Veterinary RoleThe staff member's role in the veterinary practice.
Job TitleThe staff member's title (for example, Dr).
RoleThe staff member's role.
DepartmentThis setting has no function.
