About custom frequencies

A custom frequency is an interval that a practice manager configures for treatment tasks. Staff can use the custom frequency when they schedule treatment tasks for a treatment. As a result, it is not necessary for staff to make a treatment task at each applicable time.

A practice manager can configure a custom frequency that adds a treatment task:
  • At the start of a staff member's work period
  • During a staff member's work period
  • At the end of a staff member's work period

Example of a custom frequency
When a staff member adds a treatment to a patient sheet, they can schedule the treatment tasks. When they schedule the treatment task, they can select the applicable custom frequency. If they select a custom frequency, Vet Radar adds treatment tasks to the patient sheet at the applicable times.
