Settings of a patient profile

A patient profile has information about the patient. ezyVet syncs the patient's information from their patient record in ezyVet to Vet Radar. Staff can change a patient's information in the patient profile.

This table has information about the settings in the patient profile:
SettingFunction
NameThe name that identifies the patient.
SexThe sex of the patient.
AttitudeThe patient's demeanor status. You can select:
  • Caution
  • Friendly
  • Unfriendly
  • Unknown
Patient card colorThe color of the patient card that a staff member selects to identify information.
Patient orderUse to change the sequence of patients that Vet Radar shows in its whiteboards.
Critical notesUse to put important information about the patient on the patient sheet and on the whiteboards.
Master problemsThe patient's master problems.
Date of BirthThe patients date of birth.
EstimatedThis setting has no function.
CPR statusUse the CPR status setting to tell other staff if they must resuscitate the patient. You can select:
  • None
  • Do not resuscitate
  • Resuscitation
  • Resuscitation with Advanced Life Support
Patient is deceasedThis setting has no function.
SpeciesThe species of the patient. You can select:
  • None
  • Amphibian
  • Avian (Bird)
  • Bovine (Cow)
  • Camelid
  • Caprus (Goat)
  • Feline (Cat)
  • Cavia porcellus (Guinea Pig)
  • Canine (Dog)
  • Equine (Horse)
  • Goat
  • Lagomorph (Rabbit)
  • Mustelid
  • Ovine (Sheep)
  • Piscine (Fish)
  • Porcine (Pig)
  • Reptile
  • Rodent
BreedThe breed of species.
WeightThe patient's weight. You can select the unit of measurement for the patient's weight. The available units of measurement are:
  • kg
  • g
  • lb
  • oz
MicrochipThe number that identifies the patient's microchip.
EzyVet departmentsThe department that a staff member selected when they checked in a patient.
WardThe ward that the patient is in.
RoomThe room that the patient is in.
CageThe cage that the patient is in.
